Refund Policy for CapRise (a service of Afri54)

1. General Policy
At CapRise, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent competition experience. Please note that all payments made for participation, tickets, or related services are generally non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following special cases:
If the minimum number of participants required for a competition is not met by the scheduled date.
In such cases, Afri54 may decide to extend the competition date as many times as necessary.
If a refund is applicable under these circumstances, it will be processed at Afri54’s discretion and using the original payment method wherever possible.
3. No Other Refunds
Payments are non-refundable under all other circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind by the participant.
Technical issues or delays outside Afri54’s control.
Failure to win a competition or achieve a desired outcome.
